Talks and Teaching

As a doctoral student at George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, I am involved in research, publishing and teaching.  My academic work focuses on the political economy of technology and infrastructure investment as states move from conflict through peace processes to stability.  I teach courses on international security, technology and conflict, and research methods.
